Terms of Use

• "Dashii," "we," "us," "our" refer to Dashii Resources Limited. • "User," "you," and "your" refer to any person who accesses or uses the Services. • "Platform" refers to the Dashii website, mobile app, APIs, and related systems. • "Services" refers to all products and features provided by Dashii. • "Receiver" refers to a user who creates a Dashii profile to receive payments via QR code. • "Dasher" refers to a user who sends a payment using a Receiver's Dashii QR code or payment link.

To use Dashii, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts • Provide accurate and complete registration information We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information • Keep your login credentials confidential • Notify us immediately of unauthorised access • Be responsible for all activity on your account Dashii is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use.

Dashii provides a digital platform that enables users to: • Create public profiles and QR codes • Receive payments, tips, and transfers • Link bank accounts and BVN • Manage transaction history • Share profile links We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

a. Payment Processing Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment partners. Dashii does not directly hold user funds unless required by law. b. Transaction Accuracy You are responsible for ensuring: • Correct payment details • Correct recipient information • Accurate transaction amounts Dashers are responsible for sending the correct total amount (tip amount plus the applicable service fee). Mismatches resulting from user error are subject to the Refunds Policy below, not automatic reversal. Dashii is not responsible for losses caused by user errors. c. Fees Dashii charges a service fee on each transaction. The applicable fee is displayed clearly to the Dasher before payment is confirmed: • Bank Transfer (₦500–₦9,999): ₦100 flat fee • Bank Transfer (₦10,000 and above): ₦150 flat fee, including a ₦50 stamp duty required by Nigerian financial regulation The Receiver always receives the full tip amount entered by the Dasher. The service fee is charged on top of the tip amount to the Dasher. d. Refunds Policy Dashii processes refunds in the following circumstances: • Underpayment: If the amount received is less than the total amount due (tip amount + applicable fee), the transaction is not processed, and the amount sent by the Dasher is refunded, minus a ₦15 payout charge. • Overpayment: If the amount received is more than the total amount due: - The Receiver is credited the correct tip amount - The excess is refunded to the Dasher, minus a ₦15 payout charge — provided the excess is ₦500 or above - Excess amounts below ₦500 are below the minimum refund threshold and will not be returned • Expired Virtual Account: If a bank transfer is received after the 30-minute virtual account window has expired, the amount sent is refunded to the Dasher, minus a ₦15 payout charge, within 72 hours. All refunds are processed within 72 hours of the mismatch or expiry being detected. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original transaction date. Dashii does not reverse completed, correctly settled payments. Once a Receiver has been successfully credited, the payment is considered final. e. Failed Transactions and Reversals • Failed or reversed transactions outside of the Refunds Policy above will be handled according to partner policies • Processing timelines may vary • Some reversals may be subject to investigation Dashii is not liable for delays caused by third-party processors.

You agree not to: • Use Dashii for illegal activities • Commit fraud or impersonation • Launder money or finance unlawful activities • Harass or abuse other users • Upload malicious software • Interfere with platform operations • Attempt unauthorized access Violation may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.

All content on Dashii, including: • Logos • Trademarks • Designs • Software • Text and graphics is owned by or licensed to Dashii. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

Your use of Dashii is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to data processing as described in that policy.

Dashii integrates with third-party providers, including payment processors and identity verification services. We are not responsible for: • Their availability • Their actions or omissions • Their privacy practices Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if: • You violate these Terms • You engage in fraudulent activity • Required by law • Your account poses security risks We may do so with or without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Dashii shall not be liable for: • Indirect or consequential damages • Loss of profits or data • Service interruptions • Unauthorized access • Third-party failures Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dashii in the last 12 months (if any).

Dashii is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that: • Services will be uninterrupted • Errors will be corrected • Results will be accurate • The platform will meet all expectations Use is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dashii harmless from claims arising from: • Your use of the Services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any law or rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts unless otherwise agreed.

We may update these Terms at any time. When changes occur: • We will update the "Last Updated" date • Notify users where required • Publish the revised Terms Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Dashii shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including: • Natural disasters • Network failures • Government actions • Power outages • Cyberattacks

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dashii. They supersede all prior agreements.
